If we can't fulfill your order
If your book can't be printed or shipped for any reason on our side, we refund you in full, automatically, to your original payment method — and we'll email you about it. You don't need to ask.
Damaged or defective books
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, email us within 30 days of delivery (a photo of the problem helps) and we'll reprint and reship it free, or refund you — your choice.
Change of mind
Each book is personalized and printed on demand just for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind once printing has started. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately — if printing hasn't started, we'll do our best to fix or cancel it.
E-books
E-book purchases can be refunded within 14 days if the file is defective or you couldn't download it. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Contact: support@tinytale.ai — or reply to any order email.
